Very quick delivery, with no issues. Just the tracking info can be little bit better. I had to find status on public tracking web sites.

I ordered them with a bit of hesitation, but everything arrived fine and the size fits well.

I thought I was ordering from a store located in the EU region, which turned out to be sourced from China. So adjust your expectation on delivery time. The long waiting period of a month to get the product was a little off putting HOWEVER the customer service was excellent when I asked about its whereabouts. I actually had a real person assist me.I cannot stress enough how important that is from a customer experience point of view. My daughter was very happy with the shoes and she enjoys them very much. When ordering don’t go off your usual show size. Measure your foot to determine the size to order. I think I then ordered one up from her normal shoe size (don’t remember exactly but go a size up). All in all I’m happy with the product, my daughter says the shoe is comfortable! :-)
