It's hard to stay silent when your
shoes turn into rollerblades.
Great in theory, horrible in practice.
First of all, lets talk wearability. The wheels have contact with the ground at all times, even when retracted. It is seriously annoying to hear the clicking of wheels against the ground. Not to mention the safety hazard when you suddenly lose grip of the stairs and fall on your ass. Not even getting into the blisters, but they are frequent and painful.
You will always walk and not be sure if your shoe is gonna roll out from beneath you, retracted should mean safe. Its not.
Secondly, the rolling function. The mechanism for releasing the wheels are good. I will give you that.
But they're not good. You feel EVERY single tiny rock.
I'm a former ice skater and skateboarder and these are really fucking difficult to skate with, there is not the same amount of "give" that a skateboard gives. The grip is non existent and the wheels are too tiny.
I was going to use these in the hospital to get quicker through the tunnels. But these shoes are wayyy to dangerous for stairs, its an accident waiting to happen. Especially since the locking mechanism is wayyy too loose and sometimes opens by itself even when you twisted it into "locked mode"
Dont waste your money...

The sneakers themselves are cool, ride smoothly. But I got a little confused with the size chart and ordered ones that were too small. Had to do an exchange. Good thing the managers quickly sorted everything out and sent the new size.
My kid is absolutely thrilled with them! The best shoes I've bought for her)
My son doesn't walk anymore, he teleports around the apartment 😂 Had to set speed limits in the hallway so he wouldn't run over the cat. The sneakers are very reliable, the locking button works precisely.
