Open:
1. Make sure the arrow on the switch is pointing up to "Open".
2. Press the switch to push the wheels out.
3. Turn the switch to the right side to lock the wheels.
Close:
1. Make sure the arrow on the switch is pointing up to "Open".
2. Press the switch and step on the heel or toe at the same time.
3. Turn the switch to the right side to lock the wheels.
How to V-Stop:
- If you want to slow down, keep your legs wider than usual, gradually bring your legs together, tense all your muscles and put the speed out by leaning your body forward.
How to T-Stop:
- If you want to brake, transfer the weight to the supporting leg, while moving the braking leg back 3.9-5.9lb and turn it perpendicular to the supporting leg, press with the force on all wheels, keep the weight on the supporting leg, and you will stop.
They are suitable for absolutely everyone. You'll be in great shape by working the entire muscle group.
The maximum weight of the user is 220lb.

If you plan to return them (or think there’s a slight chance you might need to exchange them), we ask that you refrain from wearing them outside. This eliminates the possibility of any dirt, grime, etc getting on the shoe. We cannot accept any Kick Speed sneakers that have been worn down, disheveled, washed or altered in any way.
