2-in-1 roller shoes are sneakers with 4 wheels hidden inside the sole. Press the button and the wheels drop down so you can roll; press it again and they retract, so the shoe walks like a regular sneaker. They're also known as shoes with wheels, retractable roller shoes, or roller skate shoes — different names for the same walk-and-roll design.
Each shoe has 4 wheels built into the sole and a single button that locks them up for walking or down for rolling. In walking mode the wheels sit flush inside the sole, so the shoe looks and feels like an ordinary sneaker. If you're new, start on flat ground, keep your knees slightly bent, and practise near a wall or rail before rolling freely. Beginners should wear a helmet plus knee, elbow, and wrist guards, and younger riders should always have adult supervision.
For the best fit, measure your foot in centimetres and match it to our size chart instead of guessing from your usual shoe size. If you're between sizes, size up for comfort. A secure heel and midfoot hold reduce wobble, while a little room at the toes keeps rolling comfortable.
